Better keep yourself clean and bright: you are the window through which you must see the world.

TG Facilities work with a number of commercial partners to deliver a Managed Facilities Solution to all Academies in the Trust. This service allows Academy leaders to focus on teaching & learning and curriculum delivery, whilst supporting the Trust strategic aims.
A Trust wide Estates Strategy outlines the key objective of the service, which is to ensure all sites provide safe, warm, dry and compliant facilities.
Building condition survey data is analysed across the estate and long term asset management plans are developed, identifying where investment is needed over the long term. A continual programme of capital investment is programmed at all sites within the estate, made possible through the Trust School Capital Allowance (SCA) fund.
TG Facilities work with a number of architects to develop long term Site Masterplans which satisfy the Academies curriculum needs and deliver outstanding environments for teaching and learning.
Operational services such as planned proactive maintenance and compliance testing are provided by the Managed Service and scheduled a year in advance. Sub contracts for such services are awarded via tenders as the Trust leverages value for money through economies of scale. Reactive calls by Academies are dealt with by commercial partners via a central service desk and service level agreements ensure response times are kept to a minimum.
Monthly quality assurance meetings are scheduled to analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and feedback is gathered from Academies, helping to ensure the service is constantly improving.
A Health & Safety Manager ensures risk assessments, compliance checks, advice and training is provided to all Academies within the Trust.
