Pharos Response is a specialist risk, reputation and crisis management consultancy focused on helping organisations in the education, youth, travel and adventure sectors to prevent, prepare for and respond to critical incidents. The Pharos Response team is made up of highly experienced crisis management experts who have a broad range of experience in managing critical incidents over many years.
Health and safety service
Pharos provides dedicated support to Tudor Grange Academies Trust. This includes an audit of health and safety at each school undertaken twice each academic year to identify methods to help keep pupils and staff safe whilst meeting statutory requirements and reducing the risk of claims or enforcement.
They cover all aspects of occupational H&S and include clear recommendations. Graeme Plaistow leads the service and is supported by colleagues from Pharos with a range of other health and safety qualifications and experience specific to the education sector.

Graeme Plaistow is the dedicated Health and Safety Adviser for Tudor Grange Academies Trust, with considerable experience in ensuring safe and compliant environments for staff, students, and visitors.
Graeme works closely with school leaders, the Trust’s FM partner and staff to identify potential risks, implement preventative measures, and ensure adherence to the latest health and safety regulations.
A former primary school teacher and previous Head of Health, Safety and Facilities within the charity sector, Graeme is a qualified Health and Safety professional with over 10 years’ experience. He is a member of IOSH with certified technical status.
