Educational visits advisory service
Pharos provides dedicated support to Tudor Grange Academies Trust through our comprehensive Educational Visits Advisory Service. It assists Educational Visits Coordinators (EVCs) in ensuring the safety and compliance of their visits, conducting thorough checks and addressing any queries they may have. The service includes the delivery of EVC and Visit Leader training on an annual basis, equipping staff with the knowledge and skills needed for effective visit planning and management. Additionally, Pharos provides detailed monthly reports to help the Trust monitor and maintain high standards for educational visits, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all participants.

Charlie Eustace is an experienced outdoor enthusiast who brings a wealth of expertise to educational visits. As a member of both the Outdoor Education Advisers’ Panel (OEAP) and the Royal Geographical Society (RGS), Charlie is committed to upholding the highest standards in outdoor learning.
Having led expeditions and supported Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Award programs, she combines a passion for the outdoors with a focus on fostering personal growth and teamwork in young people. Charlie ensures that every visit is safe, memorable, and educational.

Natalie Dickinson brings extensive administrative expertise to her role, supporting schools with their educational visits. With a background as a school administrator and experience in a software company providing support, she manages queries, oversees logistics, and coordinates the administration of training sessions.
Natalie plays a key role in ensuring all visits meet safety requirements and run smoothly.
