Tudor Grange Academies Trust
In August 23 BAM FM were proud to have been awarded the FM contract for Tudor Grange academies trust, and their estate.
Providing a 24/7 365 day per annum service, we provide a full package of Integrated Helpdesk, Reactive Maintenance, Statutory/ Compliance, large works and project services, managing an annual budget.
Our fully trained site teams are permanently fixed to all Tudor Grange sites to ensure we successfully manage all aspects of Maintenance, Security, and Operational needs across the portfolio. With this in mind every team member has a unique and personal attachment to their site, understanding its specific needs to ensure their property and stakeholders get the very best service possible.
This personal service is underpinned by our 100 cleaners across the portfolio. Dependant on the site needs our cleaning operatives ensure that they carry out washroom, janitorial and welfare cleans across all 13 Tudor Grange sites, delivering a high level cleaning service to ensure all hygiene standards are met.
Services included are Keyholding & Monitoring, Building, Mechanical & Electrical, Heating and Ventilation, Life Safe Systems, Grounds Maintenance, Pest Control, Sports Equipment Maintenance and Technical works.
TGPA Meon Vale Eco Project
We have been fortunate enough to be able to do some great volunteer work earlier this year at Meon Vale. Where along with the staff and community we were able to support in building a wonderful planting area for the school and children to grow herbs and vegetables for years to come.
In 2025 we will be looking to do more of these projects to support Tudor Grange Trust and its communities!

I am a methodical, highly motivated and incredibly self-driven person with a strategic mind who has had extensive experience with high profile customers within the retail and leisure sectors, delivering numerous key projects to increase reliability, service delivery and reduce revenue spend using innovatory ideas across OPEX and Capital expenditure.
I believe in a core principle ‘nobody is bigger than the team’, with a desire get better and better in everything I do and those around me. My team is the most important part of the role I carry out. If they exceed expectations, we all do!
Life is one big learning circle and the more we learn, the more enjoyable life is!
